黄连解毒汤对高脂血症小鼠血脂及炎症因子的影响

摘要

目的：探究采用黄连解毒汤治疗高脂血症小鼠血脂炎症因子的影响。方法选择54只雄性实验小鼠，随机分为A组（给予常规饲料）、B组（给予常规饲料+抗生素）、C组（给予高脂饲料）、D组（给予高脂饲料+抗生素）、观察1组（给予中药低剂量）以及观察2组（给予中药高剂量），各9只，治疗后对比其血脂水平和炎症因子水平。结果 C组、D组、观察2组以及观察1组的血脂水平均高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；除观察1组，其他各组在治疗后的炎症因子水平均高于A组，其中C组最高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用黄连解毒汤能够改善高脂血症，并且起到降低炎症因子水平的作用。%Objective To explore the effect of blood lipid and inflammatory factors of hyperlipidemia mice by using the decoction of rhizoma.Methods 54 male mice were randomly divided into group A(treated with conventional feed),group B(fed with normal diet + antibiotics),C group(high fat diet), group D(give high fat diet plus antibiotics),observation group 1(given low dose of traditional Chinese Medicine)and observation group 2(giving a high dose of traditional Chinese Medicine),with 9 rats in each group. After treatment,compared the blood lipid level and inflammatory factors levels. Results Group C,group D and observation group 2, observation group 1 of lipid levels were higher than those of group A,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). In addition to the observation group 1,the other groups in the level of inflammatory factors after treatment were significantly higher than those of group A,the C group was particularly significant,the difference was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe decoction can significantly improve hyperlipidemia,and play a role in reducing the level of inflammatory factors.
