Leep刀与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效探究

摘要

目的：探究Leep刀和微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院妇科门诊收治的宫颈糜烂患者72例，实验组和对照组各36例，观察记录两组患者术中及术后基本情况并统计治疗效果。结果实验组手术时间和治疗效率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用Leep刀治疗宫颈糜烂患者，能有效减少患者术中、术后出血量，缩短手术时间及阴道流液时间，治疗效果优于微波治疗法。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Leep knife and microwave in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods 72 cases of cervical erosion in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected. The experimental group and the control group were 36 cases. The basic information of the two groups were observed and recorded.ResultsThe operation time and the treatment efficiency of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion Leep knife in treatment of cervical erosion patients,can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding during surgery,postoperative bleeding,shorten the time of operation and vaginal fluid time,the treatment effect is better than the microwave treatment.
