The present invention relates to an impedance matching apparatus for a microwave treatment apparatus and a microwave treatment apparatus including the same. According to the present invention, the impedance matching apparatus comprises: a first variable condenser unit capable of varying a capacitance value and measuring impedance in the impedance matching apparatus; a second variable condenser unit capable of varying a capacitance value and measuring impedance in the body of a patient; and a capacitance control unit matching the impedance in the microwave treatment apparatus with the impedance in the body of the patient while varying the capacitance values of the first and second variable condenser units. Accordingly, the impedance in the microwave treatment apparatus is matched with the impedance in the body of the patient, thereby efficiently transferring energy to skin during microwave treatment to minimize power usage, and stably maintaining output of microwave during the microwave treatment to improve treatment effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
