The present invention relates to an impedance matching method for a microwave treatment apparatus. According to the present invention, the impedance matching method measures a reflective value with a reflective value measurement unit in order to check a first minimum reflective value while varying a capacitance value of a first variable condenser unit in a state of fixing a capacitance value of a second variable condenser unit, measures a reflective value with the reflective value measurement unit in order to check a second minimum reflective value while varying a capacitance value of a second variable condenser unit with a second capacitance value control unit in a state of fixing a capacitance value of a first variable condenser unit as a first capacitance value of a first variable condenser unit forming the first minimum reflective value such that the impedance in the microwave treatment apparatus is matched with the impedance in the body of a patient. Accordingly, energy is efficiently transferred to skin during microwave treatment to minimize power usage and output of the microwave is stably maintained during microwave treatment to improve treatment effect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
