目的：研究分析晶状体摘除术对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效，并分析其安全性。方法选取我院原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者104例，将其随机分为对照组（n=54）与研究组（n=50），并均实施手术治疗。其中研究组患者给予超声乳化晶状体摘除术治疗，而对照组则实施小梁切除术治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后，患者视力以及眼压均获得改善（P＜0.05），但在改善程度方面，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论晶状体摘除术可改善原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者眼压水平，提高视力，疗效满意。%Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes and security of surgical treatment for primary angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Methods 104 cases of primary angle-closure glaucoma and cataract in our hospital were chosen and divided into study group and control group, randomly. They were all treated by surgical treatment,and the study group were treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction,while the control group was treated with trabeculectomy. The clinical effect and safety of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results The visual acuity and IOP levels were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). But in terms of improvement,the research group was better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract extraction was satisfied in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma and cataract,and it can improve the intraocular pressure level and visual acuity.
