培养和提高心血管科护理人员观察力和应变力

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore how to improve the nurses in cardiovascular department of observation and strain capacity.Methods 326 patients with coronary heart disease were colected in our hospital from five wards of department of cardiovascular disease from 2014 February to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results During the period of patients with complications were significantly lower than those of other cardiovascular ward in hospital and after discharge,the satisfaction survey was superior to other areas.Conclusion Keen powers of observation and strong ability of cultivating and improving on the solid theoretical foundation,rich clinical experience,high sense of responsibility.%目的：探究如何提高心血管科护理人员观察力和应变力。方法对我院心血管科五病区自2014年2月～2015年3月收治的326例冠心病患者病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者住院期间并发症的发生率低于其他心血管病区，而出院后的满意度调查优于其它病区。结论敏锐的观察力和较强的应变能力的培养和提高靠的是扎实的理论基础、丰富的临床经验、高度的责任感。
