硬膜外麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产手术效果的比较

摘要

ObjectiveTo compare the effects between spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in caesarean section.MethodsAccording to the different anesthesia methods of 90 cases,we divided into two groups. The control group used epidural anesthesia,observation group used spinal-epidural anesthesia,comparing effect of two groups.Results The excelent and good rate of anesthesia,work time of the observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of spinal-epidural anesthesia is ideal.%目的：探讨腰硬联合麻醉与硬膜外麻醉用于剖宫产术的临床效果。方法将90例采用不同麻醉方法行剖宫产术的产妇分为两组。对照组行硬膜外麻醉，观察组行腰硬联合麻醉，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组麻醉优良率、起效时间等指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论剖宫产术行腰硬联合麻醉效果理想。
