浅析膀胱肿瘤经尿道等离子切除术患者的围术期护理体会

摘要

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of bladder tumor by transurethral plasmakinetic resection, and to provide reference for clinical nursing care of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the bladder tumor.Methods 78 cases of bladder cancer patients in our hospital were analyzed from April 2013 to April 2014, and the patients were treated with transurethral resection.ResultsThe operation time of the patients was 40 to 65 minutes. All patients had no major bleeding and bladder perforation,postoperative drainage for 3 days. The nursing satisfaction was 95%, the treatment cost was relatively lower, and the hospitalization period was shorter.Conclusion The use of transurethral resection of bladder cancer treatment effect is good, combined with perioperative care, can reduce the complication rate of patients, improve clinical satisfaction.%目的：对经尿道等离子切除手术治疗膀胱肿瘤的围手术期护理进行探讨分析，为临床经尿道等离子切除手术的护理方式提供参考借鉴。方法根据2013年4月-2014年4月我院的78例膀胱肿瘤患者进行研究分析，为患者使用电切术治疗，总结归纳围手术期护理情况。结果患者的手术时间为40～65 min，全部患者没有大出血和膀胱穿孔病例出现，术后引流3 d，患者术后的恢复情况十分理想。患者满意度为95%，治疗费用比较低，住院周期短。结论膀胱癌使用电切术治疗效果好，结合围手术期护理，能够降低患者的并发症发生率，提升临床满意度。
