当前，国家基本药物制度存在来自基本药物生产、流通及使用等各个环节的可获得性障碍，严重影响了基本药物制度功能的发挥。为此，应进一步优化基本药物招标采购及配送机制，取消“以药养医”体制并完善相关配套政策。%Nowadays, there are various kinds of accessibility barrierfor the production, circulation, and application links of essential medicines inthe system of national essential medicines, which have seriously impacted the functioningof national essential medicines system. For all this, we should promote the biddingprocurement and distribution mechanism of essential medicines, cancel the “supportingmedicine with drugs”policy, and improve relevant supporting policies.
