总额预算控制下付费方式改革的效果分析

摘要

江苏省镇江市以总额预算控制为基础，对医疗费用实行“总额预算、弹性决算”复合式支付。本文总结镇江医保总额预算控制实践，分析存在问题，提出下一步工作思考。%Based on the total budget management, the payment of medical cost takes the way of combined"Total Budget Control and Elastic Settlement"in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. Through summarizing the practice of medical insurance total budget control, this paper analyzed the its problems and put forward thoughts for future work.
