老年膝关节置换术患者围手术期护理风险管理的研究

摘要

目的 对围手术期护理风险管理在老年膝关节置换术患者中的临床护理效果进行探析.方法 抽选2017年3月—2018年2月该院骨科接诊的88例老年膝关节置换术患者作为该次研究的对象, 按入院日期的尾数将患者分成常规组与管理组;常规组采取常规护理措施, 在此前提下, 管理组予以围手术期护理风险管理.比较两组患者的临床护理情况.结果 就护理缺陷率、护理差错率而言, 管理组 (4.5％、2.3％) 低于常规组 (15.9％、25.0％), 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);管理组护理满意度 (93.2％) 比常规组 (81.8％) 高, 差异有统计学意义 (χ2=3.571, P＜0.05).结论 对老年膝关节置换术患者实施围手术期护理风险管理, 可降低护理缺陷的发生, 提升护理满意度.%Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of nursing risk management of senile patients with knee arthroplasty during the perioperative period. Methods 88 cases of senile patients with knee arthroplasty diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, the routine group used the routine nursing measures, while the management group used the nursing risk management during the perioperative period, and the clinical nursing condition was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing defect rate and nursing error rate in the management group were lower than those in the routine group (4.5％, 2.3％ vs 15.9％, 25.0％), and the differences were obvious (P＜0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the management group was higher than that in the routine group (93.2％ vs 81.8％) (χ2=3.571, P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management during the perioperative period of senile patients with knee arthroplasty can reduce the occurrence of nursing defects and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
