耳鼻咽喉科影响医患沟通的因素与建议

         

摘要

目的 研究探讨耳鼻咽喉科影响医患沟通的因素并提出相应建议.方法 将2017年1月—2018年2月该院耳鼻咽喉科100例患者与10名耳鼻咽喉科医师作为研究对象, 采用发放问卷方式针对患者基本信息、医患沟通满意度、医患沟通认知情况及影响医患沟通相关因素进行调查和数据统计.结果 100例耳鼻喉患者对医患沟通满意度为80%, 10名耳鼻喉医师对医患沟通满意度为80%;作为耳鼻喉科医患沟通的重要因素:医患关系沟通时间短、临床医生工作强度大, 医患双方不信任、医患关系不对称、医疗费用昂贵等作为耳鼻喉科临床医师的影响沟通, 调查和分析的因素, 结果显示医生和患者之间的沟通时间较短是影响耳鼻喉科和临床医生之间医患关系的主要因素.结论 建议在影响医患沟通效果的因素中建立以人为本的耳鼻喉科教学与工作沟通体系, 提高医疗服务质量, 促进医患关系的顺利和谐发展.%Objective To study the influencing factors and corresponding suggestions of medical communications in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods 100 cases of patients and 10 cases of physicians in the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects, and the basic information, satisfactory degree of medical communication, cognitive condition of medical communication and influencing factors of medical communication were surveyed by issuing the questionnaire. Results Various data showed that the satisfactory degree of patients to the medical communication was 80%, and the satisfactory degree of 10 cases of physicians to the medical communication was 80%, and the major influencing factors of medical communication in the department of otorhinolaryngology included: short medial communication time, heavy intensity of clinician's work, doctor-patient distrust, asymmetric doctor-patient relationship and expensive medical cost, and the investigation and analysis showed that the short communication time between doctors and patients was the major influencing factors of medical relationship. Conclusion It is suggested to establish the people-oriented teaching and working communication system in the department of otorhinolaryngology, improve the medical service quality and promote the successful and harmonious development of medical relationship.
