数字化眼底彩照及荧光血管造影诊断糖尿病视网膜病变临床分析

摘要

Objective To observe the digitized the fundus color photos and fluorescein angiography diagnostic value of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy digitized the fundus color photos and fluorescein angiography, contrast diagnostic accuracy. Results Digital fundus color photo diagnostic accurate 90.20%of the left eye, right eye and 92.31%, between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The digitized fundus color photo and fluorescein angiography diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy have higher value.%　　目的观察数字化眼底彩照及荧光血管造影对糖尿病视网膜病变的诊断价值.方法 对糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例进行数字化眼底彩照及荧光血管造影检查,对比诊断准确率.结果 数字眼底彩照诊断左眼准确90.20%,右眼92.31%,组间比较,P>0.05.结论 数字化眼底彩照及荧光血管造影诊断糖尿病视网膜病变均有较高的应用价值.
