目的：对献血人群HIV抗体的检测结果及感染趋势予以分析，以便于有效的降低患者的输血风险。方法应用两家不同的抗-HIV酶联免疫试剂对四平地区的献血人群展开筛查，对于初筛显示为阳性的标本，应用蛋白印迹法予以确认。结果该地区献血人群总体初筛显示HIV阳性率为0.204%，总体的阳性确认率为0.004%，献血人群中HIV感染的大部分都是男性，占到了80%以上，并且感染人数逐年上升，逐渐表现出低龄化的趋势，其中性感染占到了总感染例数的75%，并且表现出异性传播向同性传播转移的趋势。结论在实际的应用中，为了能够有效的保证患者的输血安全，必须要严格开展无偿献血人群的血液检测工作，积极提升血液HIV检测水平，并要积极加强年轻献血者的健康教育工作，保障输血安全。%Objective To analyze the results of blood donors of HIV antibody and infection trends, in order to reduce the risk of transfusion patients. Methods The anti -HIV enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit using two different start screening of Siping area blood donors, for screening positive samples, using Western blot method to confirm. Results The overall screening blood donors showed HIV positive rate was 0.204%, the positive confirmed the overall rate of 0.004%, blood HIV infected people are mostly male, accounted for more than 80%, and the number of infections is rising every year, gradually show the trend of younger age, the infection accounted for the total infection cases the number of 75%, and showed heterosexual transmission transfer isotropic propagation trend. Conclusion In the actual application, in order to effectively ensure the safety of blood transfusion pa-tients, must strictly carry out blood testing work unpaid blood donors, actively promote the blood HIV level, and to strengthen the health education work of the young donors, ensure blood transfusion safety.
