目的：探讨胃癌急性穿孔的手术治疗以及护理方法，从而进一步提高胃癌急性穿孔的治疗效果。方法选择曾于我院进行治疗的20例胃癌急性穿孔患者，按照就诊顺序将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组10例，对两组患者均实施适当的手术方法进行治疗，治疗过程中，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组实施临床综合护理，对两组患者的治疗效果与护理满意度进行比较与分析。结果护理干预后，两组在治愈率与死亡率上无明显差异（100%VS90%，0VS10%），P＞0.05；随访3年，观察组的生存率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；且观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组（100%VS70%），P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论对于胃癌急性穿孔患者，应对进行明确诊断，采取有效手术方法对其进行治疗，并且在患者治疗以及住院期间对其进行综合护理，能够使患者临床治疗效果得到提高，使患者生活质量以及生存质量得到改善，降低患者死亡率，在临床上有重要作用和意义，应加强重视。%Objective To investigate the operation treatment of acute perforation of gastric cancer and nursing methods, so as to further improve the treatment effect of acute perforation of gastric carcinoma.
