Emphatically expounded the our department in teaching content, time schedules, teaching forms, teaching means, etc, based on clinical medical professional medical students in our school and combined with the subject character-istics of the suitable teaching method and mode for the radiation therapy. Analyzed and explored the influence of the mode of teaching work and foundcorresponding solutions to the existing questions of the existing teaching method, and improved clinical teaching quality. Analyzed concluded that the existing clinical practice teaching will be great help for interns, but still needs to be improved and explored by more suitable for undergraduate clinical practice teaching mode. Established teaching mode drawn lessons by other medical universities and tumor radiotherapy from to create teaching mode.%该文针对该校临床医疗专业医学生在肿瘤放射治疗学学科实习时存在的问题,结合学科自身特色建立适合的带教方法和模式,着重阐述了该科室在带教内容、时间安排、教学形式、教学手段等方面所采取的措施,研究分析和探索现有的教学方法、模式对带教工作的影响,对现存的问题提出相应的解决方法,利于提高临床带教质量. 经分析总结发现现有的临床实习教学对实习生大有裨益,但仍需改进,需要探索更适合本科临床实习的带教模式,为其他医学院校及肿瘤放射治疗学教学创建可借鉴的教学模式.
