护士分层管理在呼吸消化内科中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的 总结在呼吸消化内科临床护理工作中护理人员分层管理的效果.方法 根据护理人员不同的资历、能力分级分层使用,不同的岗位职责不同,层级间相互协作,层层指导开展护理工作. 结果 与实施前相比,护理质量显著提高;护理满意度调查结果由实施前的75.00%上升至95.00%.结论 护士分层管理提高了护理质量及患者的满意度,降低了护理风险. 护理人员分层使用体现护理岗位的能力应对,达到良好的管理效果.%Objective To summarize the effect of nursing staff in the management of clinical nursing in the Department of internal medicine. Methods According to the different qualifications and ability of nursing staff, the different positions of different positions are different, and the level of cooperation among the different positions, and carry out nursing work. Results The nursing quality was significantly improved after the implementation of nursing staff stratification. The results of nursing satisfaction survey were increased from 75% to 95%. Conclusion The nurse hierarchical management improves the nursing quality and patient satisfaction, reduce the risk of nursing. The nursing staff should be used to reflect the ability of nursing post, to achieve the good management effect, to provide better quality nursing service for patients.
