长期住院慢性精神病患者的护理管理模式分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the care management models of long-term hospitalized chronic psychiatric inpatients. Methods Psychiatric patients in Zibosocial welfare institute from May 2014 to April 2015 were included in this study. A to-tal of 100 candidates were randomly selected into two cohorts, the experimental group and the control group, with 50 cases included respectively. Patients in control group received routine nursing, while cases in experimental group were treated with humanecare management besides routines.Evaluation of rehabilitation and social functions score of patients were per-formedafter nursing. Results Rehabilitation efficacy and social function scores of patients in the observation group were sig-nificantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Forchronic psychiatric patients with long-term hospi-talization, the implementation of humane care management could not only help to restore the metal health, but also meet the psychological needs of the patients to a great extent, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.%目的 分析长期住院慢性精神病患者的护理管理模式. 方法 抽取该院收治的100例慢性精神病患者作为观察对象,抽取年限为2014年5月—2015年4月,随机设为对照组和观察组两组,每组50例患者. 对照组患者采取常规的护理方式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取人性化护理的管理模式,然后对比两组慢性精神病患者的康复效果和社会功能评分.结果 观察组慢性精神病患者的康复效果和社会功能评分明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 针对长期住院的慢性精神病患者,实施人性化护理的管理模式,不仅有助于患者精神的恢复,还能极大地满足患者的心理需求,提高其生活质量,值得在临床上广泛推广和使用.
