军队医院区域性一体化卫勤保障模式的应用观察

摘要

目的：探讨军队医院区域性一体化卫勤保障模式的应用效果。方法选取该旅卫生队2013年1月-2015年1月20名临床卫生干部作为观察对象，依据是否实施区域性一体化卫勤保障模式进行分组，实施前组和实施后组。结果区域性一体化卫勤保障模式实施后病例书写份数、疾病诊疗份数均明显高于实施前，区域性一体化卫勤保障模式实施后基础理论考核评分、影像学诊断考核评分、临床技能考核评分均明显高于实施前，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论军队医院区域性一体化卫勤保障模式实施后，可以提升军队医院综合实力，为打赢信息化条件下本土防御战争建立坚强的卫勤保障后盾。%Objective To approach application result of medical support pattern by regional integration in military hospital. Meth-ods The 20 cases clinical health cadres in our brigade corps from 2013.1 to 2015.1 were subject under surveillance,which was to be divided into two group by regional integration medical support pattern,before implement group and after implement group. Re-sults The patients writing copies、number of disease diagnosis and treatment after implement group were better than before imple-ment group,The basic theory examination scores、Imaging diagnostic examination score and clinical skills examination score after implement group were better than before implement group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The medical support pattern by regional integration in military hospital should implement,which could military hospital comprehensive strength,which should create a strong medical support back for sinning information homeland-defense warfare.
