创新药物临床评价技术平台成本效益研究

摘要

该研究基于成本效益分析方法，对创新药物临床评价技术平台建设、运营和未来发展的投入效益情况进行分析，设计了保本收入测算模型，计算出平台运营的投资回收期。研究得出目前的业务收入水平无法满足创新药物临床评价技术平台自负盈亏、独立运营的需要，只能仍依附于创新药物临床评价技术平台支撑医院的隐性资源消耗即成本、费用的支出。只有明晰创新药物临床评价技术平台的主体地位，不断完善创新药物临床评价技术平台治理模式，才能实现稳步可持续发展。%Based on the cost benefit mode, this paper analysis the construction, operation and development of the innovation drug clinical evaluation platform, and the establishment of the guaranteed income model ,and calculate payback period of the platform. It then concludes that present business income level cannot meet the disease innovation drug clinical evaluation platform of self-sustaining, independent operation, tacit resources can still attached to the cost of hospital expenditures. By clearing the platform subject position and improving management mode, the platform can realize the sustainable development.
