新入职护理人员思想教育的效果

摘要

目的：加强新入职护理人员的整体护理水平。方法2014年12月-2015年2月该院该批次新进护理人员为80名，在入岗前均对这80名新进人员开授护理培训课程及进行思想教育。结果整体护理水平呈一定程度的提高。结论该院在护理人员入职前开展的培训课程能够针对护理人员特点、个性及原有护理技术水平，从护理人员的思想层面和护理核心技术层面对护理人员进行岗前培训，通过该次培训能够提升我院护理人员的业务能力。%Objective Strengthen the overall level of care of newly recruited nurses . Methods In our hospital the nurses as 80 new entrants in the pre-service all of these 80 new staff opened teach nursing courses and ideological education. Results The re-sults showed the overall level of care improved to some extent. Conclusion Training conclusion carry out the entry for nurses fea-tures, personality and original technical level of care, from the ideological level and core technical aspects of nursing care nursing staff pre-service training, through which training can enhance the operational capacity of nursing staff.
