某院166例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要

Objective To study and analyze the characteristics and rules of the incidence of adverse drug reactions reported in a hospital so as to provide references for rational durg use.Methods A total of 166 Adverse Drug Reaction reports collected form Jan.2013 to Dec.2013 were described and analyzed retrospectively in respect of patient's gender,age,durg categories and clinical manifestation,etc.Results The male-female ratio among 166 Adverse Drug Reaction cases was 1:1.25 and 86 kinds of durgs were involved in,Mainly anti-infective durgs(33.7%),followed by Traditional Chinese Medcines(16.9%). The route of administration were induced by intravenous infusion.(76.5%),The ADR were chiefly characterized by the lesions of skin and appendants (33.1%). Conclusion The incidence of ADR can be reduced by strengthening monitoring of ADR and mastering the law of ADR occurrence.%目的：研究和分析某院药品不良反应发生的特点和规律，为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法选用回顾性研究方法，对某院2013年1月-2013年12月收集和上报的166例药品不良反应报告资料，统计分析了不同性别、年龄及引发药品不良反应的药品种类、及临床表现等方面的情况。结果某院上报的166例药品不良反应，男性和女性药品不良反应发生比例为1：1.25；共涉及86种药品，其中抗感染药物居首位（占33.7%），其次是中药制剂（占16.9%）；给药途径以静脉注射所占比例最大（占76.5%）；临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见（33.1%）。结论抗感染药、中药制剂的不合理应用及静脉给药方式是导致药品不良反应发生的主要原因，应加强其使用的监督管理。
