脊柱外科医疗纠纷常见原因分析与对策

     

摘要

目的:探究脊柱外科医疗纠纷原因和并提出相应对策。方法本文通过对该院脊柱外科2007年-2010年间185例脊柱患者医疗纠纷出现的原因进行分析,总结纠纷对策。结果通过对该院185例医患之间的纠纷情况进行统计显示,医疗纠纷绝大多数是通过协商解决,通过法律途径的患者数量较少,但呈逐年上升趋势。发生医疗纠纷的在主要是中老年患者。结论通过对185例患者进行分析,纠纷数量逐年上升,但增幅不大,虽然通过管理手段有一定的进展,但是需要深层次对医疗机构中出现的问题进行深层分析。产生医疗纠纷的原因有很多,比如,患者因素、医院因素和社会因素等,还包括医德问题,医院管理问题。本文通过出现的纠纷问题进行积极对策实施和优化,最大程度上降低医患之间出现的问题,降低紧张关系,为建设和谐医患关系为目标,有利于我国卫生事业的发展。%Objective To review the literature to explore spine surgery medical malpractice causes and countermeasures. Methods Based on the cause of spine surgery in our hospital from 2007 to 2010, 185 cases of medical disputes spine patients were ana-lyzed, summarized dispute countermeasures. Results The case of disputes between doctors and patients in our hospital's statistics show 185 cases, the vast majority of medical disputes through negotiation, through legal means of a small number of patients, but tended to increase year by year. Medical disputes in the mainly elderly patients. Conclusion 185 patients were analyzed, the num-ber of disputes increased year by year, but the increase was small, although there are some progress through management tools, but deep-seated need for medical institutions in deep analysis of the problems. The reason there are a lot of medical disputes, for ex-ample, patient factors, such as hospitals and social factors, including medical ethics issues, hospital management issues. This arti-cle appeared disputes active countermeasure implementation and optimization, reducing the maximum extent of the problems arise between doctors and patients, to reduce tensions, to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the goal, is conducive to the development of public health undertakings.
