护理绩效管理中360度量化评价模型的研究

     

摘要

护理绩效管理是护理管理的一项重要内容。对护理人员的绩效做出客观、公正、准确的评价,有利于激励护理人员,提高护理质量。在护理绩效管理中引入360度评价思维及量化评价理论,并利用定量化的方法,构建360度量化评价模型,实现对护理绩效考评结果进行科学地评价。%The nursing performance management is an important part of nursing management. Make an objective assessment, fair, accurate to nursing staff's performance, is conducive to encouraging nursing staff and improve the quality of nursing care. The the-oretical and quantitative evaluation of the introduction of full-circle appraisal in nursing in performance management thinking, at the same time with the quantitative method, the establishment of full-circle appraisal evaluation model, we can scientifically evalu-ate the nursing performance appraisal results.
