条形码追溯系统应用于外来手术器械管理的效果

摘要

目的：对外来手术器械应用条形码追溯系统的管理与应用进行探究。方法选取2013年6月-2014年6月该院外来手术器械200份作为研究对象，以随机数字表法为分组依据，将外来手术器械均分为对照组100份和观察组100份，对照组采用常规的手写记录管理，观察组采用条形码追溯系统进行管理，比较两组应用不同管理方法的效果。结果观察组对外来器械管理的出错率(4.00%)明显低于对照组的出错率(34.00%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用条形码追溯系统对外来器械包可进行高效的管理，避免了器械在进行清洗、消毒、打包、灭菌、储存、发放的过程中的丢失、缺失等情况，操作方法简便、快捷，提高了对外来手术室器械的管理效率。%Objective To surgical instruments applied to explore the management and application of bar code trace system.
