医療用RFIDタグを利用した手術器械の管理システムの開発と洗浄効果

A computerized operating device is demanded to prevent medical error, the burden reduction of the nurse, quality improvement of the operation. In this study, with the aim of implementing individual data management of surgical instruments using RFID tag, we developed a RFID tag that can be attached to surgical instruments. On clinical site, in order to implement individual management for surgical instruments, we focused on repeating sterilization characteristics, Durability and contamination tests during washing processes at medical site, impact resistance against falls. In the results, that the RFID tag which has basic characteristics was indicated possibility to be able to use the clinical site.%医療過誤が社会的問題であり，年間の死者数は米国で98000人，日本でも23000人に上ることが推測された.そして日本の入院中の有害事象は6％であり，そのうち予防可能性50％以上だったのは23.2％と報告された.
