弹性排班结合全程责任助产制在产房管理中的应用

             

摘要

Objective To study the application effect of flexible scheduling method combined with whole-course Midwifery responsibility system in the management of delivery room for clinical reference and research. Methods The accoucheurs with traditional scheduling method from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and the ac-coucheurs with traditional scheduling method and whole-course midwifery responsibility system from January 2015 to De-cember 2015 were selected as the observation group, and the differences in per capital working time a year, nursing satis-factory degree score and nursing quality score were compared. Results The research results showed that the per capital working time a year in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, P<0.05, and the differences in the nursing satisfactory degree score and nursing quality score were big with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The traditional scheduling method and whole-course midwifery responsibility system has a certain effect, which can effec-tively shorten the working time and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of delivery women to the accouncheurs with higher clinical management value, which is worth clinical application and promotion in clinic.%目的:探究弹性排班结合全程责任助产制在产房管理中的应用效果,以供临床参考以及研究。方法该次研究对象从2014年1-12月实施传统排班方法的助产士作为对照组,然后从2015年1-12月实施弹性排班结合全程责任助产制的助产士作为观察组,探究年人均工作时间、护理满意度评分、护理质量评分的差异性。结果通过该文研究结果中可以看出,在年人均工作时间的比较中,观察组助产士的年人均工作时间明显低于对照组助产士(P<0.05),在护理满意度评分以及护理质量评分的比较中,观察组与对照组的结果相比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论弹性排班结合全程责任助产制在产房管理中具有一定的效果,其能够有效缩短工作时间,提高产妇对助产士的护理满意度评分以及护理质量评分,其具有较高的临床管理价值,值得临床进一步应用以及推广。
