用情景模拟联合TBL法为非麻醉专业实习生进行麻醉临床技能教学的效果分析

         

摘要

目的:对情景模拟联合以团队为基础的学习模式(TBL)法为非麻醉专业实习生进行麻醉临床技能教学的效果进行分析和探讨。方法随机选取2015年1月-2016年10月与该院进行实习的50名非麻醉专业实习生,按照随机数字表法将学生平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组学生接受情景模拟联合TBL法下的麻醉临床技能教学,对照组学生接受传统示教法下的麻醉临床技能教学,比较两组学生教学效果。结果观察组学生麻醉临床操作技能及理论知识评分显著高于对照组学生,同时带教老师对学生的满意度以及学生对于实习的满意度更高(100%vs 80.00%;100%vs 84.00%),以上指标组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟联合TBL法在非麻醉专业实习生麻醉临床技能教学中的应用效果显著,是提高学生麻醉临床技能的有效途径。%Objective To analyze and study the effect of scene simulation method combined with TBL method in teaching the student nurses in the non-anesthesia major anesthesia clinical skill. Methods 50 cases of student nurses in the non-anesthesia major in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group adopted the scene simulation combined with TBL method for anesthesia clinical skill teaching, and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method for anesthesia clinical skill teaching, and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results The anesthesia clinical operation skill and theoretical knowledge score in the ob-servation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the satisfactory degree of the teachers to students and the satisfactory degree of students to practice were higher, (100%vs 80.00%;100%vs 84.00%), and the differences in the above indexes between groups had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The application effect of scene simula-tion method combined with TBL method in teaching the student nurses in the non-anesthesia major anesthesia clinical skill is obvious, which is an effective way to improve the anesthesia clinical skills of students.
