高职学生人格、社会支持与心理健康的关系研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨高职学生人格、社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法以某地5所高职院校的1000名高职学生为研究对象,采用调查分析的办法,了解大学生的人格、社会支持、心理健康水平,并进行对比。结果超过60%的高职学生处于亚健康状态;高职学生与国内大学生常模差异显著;高职学生心理健康与情绪稳定性、开明性成正比例关系。与外向性、责任心、随和性,呈负相关。与社会支持总分、各维度呈负相关。结论高职学生的心理健康目前不容乐观,需要加大社会支持的力量,塑造健康的人格,以此来提高心理健康的水平,满足高职学生的健康发展。%Objective To study the correlation between the personality, social support and mental health in higher vocation-al students. Methods 1000 cases of higher vocational students in five higher vocational colleges were selected as the re-search objects and the personality, social support and mental health level of the college students were known and compared by the investigation method. Results More than 60 percent of higher vocational students were at a sub-health state, and the difference in the norm between the higher vocational students and students at home was obvious, and the mental health of higher vocational students had a positive correlation with the mood stability and liberality, and had a negative correlation with the extroversion, sense of responsibility, agreeableness, total score of social support and various dimensions. Conclu-sion The mental health of higher vocational students is not optimistic at present, and we need to increase the social support and shape healthy personality thus improving the mental health level and satisfy the needs of health development of higher vocational students.
