噪声岗位工人职业健康体检结果分析

摘要

目的：对噪声岗位工人的职业健康体检结果进行分析，探讨职业病防控措施的有效性。方法对我区3家工业企业及作业工人进行为期三年的跟踪调查，分别对2013年度﹑2014年度﹑2015年度噪声岗位的噪声强度监测的数据进行汇总分析，对作业工人职业健康体检情况进行汇总。结果三家企业不合格监测点检出率均呈现逐年下降趋势，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。作业工人2013年度﹑2014年度﹑2015年度耳聋发生率分别为13.48%﹑9.24%﹑6.19%，耳聋发生率呈现逐年下降趋势，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从事噪声岗位作业的工人发生听力损伤的可能性与噪声环境密切相关，应加强和完善噪声防护措施，预防相关的职业损伤。%Objective To study the effectiveness of prevention and control measures of occupational diseases by investigat-ing and analyzing the occupational health physical examination results of noise post workers. Methods 3 industrial enter-prises and workers in our district were followed up and surveyed, and the monitoring data of noise intensity of the noise post in 2013, 2014 and 2015 were summarized, and the occupational health physical examination condition of workers was sum-marized. Results The detection rate of unqualified monitoring points in 3 enterprises showed a decreasing trend year by year, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05, and the epicophosis incidence rates of workers were respective-ly 13.48%, 9.24%, 6.19% in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and the epicophosis incidence rate showed a decreasing trend year by year, and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The occurrence probability of hearing damage of workers on the noise post is closely correlated with the noise environment, and we should enhance and improve the noise prevention measures and prevent the related occupational damage.
