强化护生素质教育在防范护理纠纷中的作用研究

     

摘要

Objective To analyze and research the application value of enhancing the quality education of student nurses in the prevention of nursing disputes. Methods 45 cases of clinical practice student nurses in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the intervention group, and 40 cases of clinical practice student nurses in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted the routine clinical nursing teaching method, the intervention group enhanced the quality education of student nurses on the basis of the control group, and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results The satisfactory degree and standard-reaching rate of overall exam-ination in the intervention group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the nursing compliant and nurs-ing disputes in the intervention group were obviously lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Enhancing the quality education of student nurses in the prevention of nursing disputes can effectively reduce the nursing disputes, which is worth clinical promotion.%目的:分析研究强化护生素质教育在防范护理纠纷中当中的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月在该院临床实习护生的45例作为干预组。另外,选取2013年5月—2014年5月在该院临床实习护生的40例作为对照组。对照组采取常规临床护理带教法,干预组在此基础之上采取增强护生素质教育,对两组护生的带教效果进行对比。结果干预组护生的患者满意度和综合考核达标率明显高于对照组,干预组护生的护理投诉以及护理纠纷明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在防范护理纠纷当中采取强化护生素质教育,可以有效降低护理纠纷,具有临床推广价值。
