目的：调查心脏大血管外科医护人员的护理模式对患者生存质量的影响，汇总提高患者生存质量的护理模式。方法选取我市4所医院心脏大血管外科，采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表对73例心脏大血管外科手术患者的生存质量进行评价，通过对24名医护人员进行走访汇总主要护理模式。结果年龄小于40岁、城镇居民、无高血压糖尿病合并症以及无吸烟饮酒等不良生活方式患者的生存质量显著高于其他患者。优质护理模式对于改善患者生理领域的生存质量显著高于其他护理模式，人性化护理在改善患者心理领域的作用显著优于其他护理模式。结论心脏大血管外科开展可行的护理模式，有助于改善患者的生存质量，促进护理管理水平的全面提升。%Objective To survey the effect of nursing model of medical staff in the department of cardiovascular surgery on the survival quality of patients and summarize the nursing models of improving the survival quality of patients. Methods The department of cardiovascular surgery in 4 hospitals in our city was selected and the survival quality of 73 cases of pa-tients in this department was assessed by the survival quality measurement scale, and main nursing models of 24 cases of medical staff were summarized by follow-up. Results The survival quality of urban dwellers aged below 40 without hyper-tension and diabetes complications and adverse lifestyles including smoking and alcohol was obviously higher than that of other patients, the excellent nursing model in improving the survival quality in physical filed was higher than the other nursing models, and the effect of humanistic nursing in improving the mental filed of patients was obviously better than that of the other nursing models. Conclusion The development of feasible nursing model in the department of cardiovascular surgery helps improve the survival quality of patients and promote the overall improvement of nursing management level.
