探讨层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中应用的方法和效果

摘要

Objective To analyze and study the application method and effect of hierarchical nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of surgery. Methods 184 cases of patients in the department of surgery in our hospital from March 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group received the hierarchical nursing management model, the control group received the conventional nursing management model, and the application method and effect were compared. Results The total nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(97.83%vs 70.65%), and the various nursing project quality scores such as basic nurs-ing and nursing history writing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences be-tween groups had statistical significance by comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The application effect of hierarchical nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of surgery is obvious, which can effectively improve the nursing quality and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients.%目的：对层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用方法和效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取该院外科2013年3月-2015年7月收治的184例患者，使用抽签法将患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受层级护理管理模式的护理，对照组患者接受常规护理管理模式的护理，对比应用方法和应用效果。结果观察组患者护理总满意率为97.83%，高于对照组患者的70.65%；观察组护理人员基础护理、病历书写等各护理项目质量评分高于对照组，以上组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模在外科护理管理中的应用效果显著，可有效提高护理质量，提高患者护理满意度。
