Objective To analyze the application effect of four in one asthma educational management model in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 98 cases of patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected ad randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group adopted convention-al individual education, the research group adopted four in one asthma educational management model, and the asthma symptom score, quality of life score after 8-month and asthma control situation were compared between the two groups. Re-sults There was no obvious difference in the asthma symptom score between the research group and the control group before nursing, P>0.05, the asthma symptom score in the research group obviously decreased compared with that in the control group after nursing, and the difference was obvious, P<0.05, the quality of life score in the research group after 8-month nursing obviously increased compared with that in the control group, and the difference was obvious, P<0.05, the asthma control situation in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of four in one asthma educational management model for patients with bronchial asthma can effectively reduce the asthma symptom score, improve the quality of life score of patients and improve the pa-tient’s control rate of asthma symptom, which is worth clinical promotion.%目的：分析四位一体哮喘教育管理模式在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月-2015年3月在该院进行治疗的支气管哮喘患者98例，按抽签顺序分为两组，各49例。对照组给予常规个体教育，研究组进行四位一体哮喘教育管理模式，对两组患者哮喘症状评分、8个月后生活质量评分及哮喘控制情况进行比较。结果护理前研究组与对照组哮喘症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；护理后研究组哮喘症状评分较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；护理后8个月研究组患者生命质量评分较对照组明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组哮喘控制情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者实施四位一体哮喘教育管理模式可有效降低哮喘症状评分，改善患者生命质量，提高对患者哮喘症状的控制率，值得临床推广。
