PDCA质量管理法在检验科医疗废物管理中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the effect of PDCA quality management method in the medical waste management in the de-partment of clinical laboratory and provide basis for the clinical application. Methods PDCA quality management method begun to be implemented in the department of clinical laboratory in our hospital from January 2015, the hospital, depart-ment dean and work staff three-level supervision quality control system was constructed, the medical waste management was conducted according to the PDCA quality management method and theory, and the existing issues were summarized, the po-tential issues were analyzed, and the targeted handling measures were made by surveying the medial waste management in the department of clinical laboratory, the constant feedback and summary were needed and the work quality should be con-stantly optimized, and compared with the medical waste management condition before implementation in 2014. Results The accurate utilization rate of package, classification accurate rate of medical waste and household garbage, transfer registration rate according to rules, temporary storage specification rate of medical waste, timely delivery rate and standardized treat-ment rate in 2014 (before implementation) were obviously lower than those in 2013 (81.3%, 64.7%, 61.6%, 55.4%, 71.1%, 66.7% vs 94.1%, 93.4%, 94.7%, 93.1%, 92.2% and 96.3%), and the differences had statistical significance, P<0.05. Con-clusion The application of PDCA qualify management method in the medical waste management in the department of clini-cal laboratory can improve the work efficacy of work staff, cultivate the good awareness of work staff thus improving the medical waste management quality, which is further conducive to improving the hospital environment, and it is worth clini-cal promotion and application.%目的：探讨PDCA质量管理法应用于检验科医疗废物管理中的作用，为临床应用提供依据。方法该院检验科于2015年1月开始实施PDCA质量管理法，构建院方、科室主任及工作人员三级监督质量控制体系，根据PDCA质量管理理论进行医疗废物管理，通过对检验科医疗废物管理进行调查，总结已存在问题、分析潜在问题，并制定针对性处理措施，在实际运行中不断反馈、总结，不断优化工作质量。并与2014年实施前的医疗废物管理情况进行比较。结果2014年(实施前)，：包装袋正确使用率为81.3%、医疗废物与生活垃圾分类正确率为64.7%、按规定移交登记率为61.6%、医疗废物暂时贮存规范率为55.4%、及时运送率为71.1%及规范处理率的66.7%，显著低于2013年的94.1%、93.4%、94.7%、93.1%、92.2%及96.3%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 PDCA质量管理法应用于检验科医疗废物管理中，可提升工作人员工作效率，培养工作人员良好意识，从而改善医疗废物管理质量，进一步有利于医院环境改善，值得临床推广应用。
