优质护理服务在精神科护理管理中的应用效果评价

摘要

Objective To study the application effect of excellent nursing service in the nursing management in the depart-ment of psychiatry. Methods Selected psychiatric nursing staff in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group, and 120 cases of psychiatric patients were treated from November 2014 to February 2016, 60 cases in each group. The observation group by optimizing the service process, enhance the level of pro-fessional care, health education, focusing on human services, work performance and other aspects of quantitative assessment to enhance the quality of nursing staff. the control group adopted routine nursing services, the observation group adopted excellent nursing service, and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups after nursing was observed thus the nursing effect was compared between the two groups and the observation group improved the overall quality of nursing staff from the aspects of optimizing service process, improving the nursing professional level, carrying out the health education, paying at-tention to humanistic services and examining work performance. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was 90%, and it is better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P﹤0.05). Conclusion The application effect of excellent nursing service in the nursing management work in the department of psychi-atry is obvious, and it is of important significance to improving satisfactory degree of patients, promoting the harmony of re-lationship between nurses and patients, reducing the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and helping patients recover the mental and physical health early, which is worth promotion.%目的：探究优质护理服务对于精神科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院精神科护理人员，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组各20例，同时于2014年11月-2016年2月收治的120例精神科患者，每组各60例。观察组通过优化服务流程、提升护理专业水平、开展健康教育、注重人性化服务、工作绩效量化考核等几个方面提升护理人员整体素质。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为90%，数据均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论优质护理服务在精神科护理管理工作中的应用效果显著，对提高患者满意度，促进护患关系的和谐，减少护患纠纷的发生，帮助患者早日恢复身心健康具有重要意义，值得推广。
