目的：总结结核病患者实施临床护理路径后，其健康教育合格率、满意度情况，为结核病治疗工作的开展提供参考依据。方法选择该院在2014年6月-2015年1月期间收治的结核病患者80例。对80例患者按照入院时间分为实验组和参照组，其中参照组行常规药物治疗联合常规临床护理，实验组在常规药物治疗基础上联合临床护理路径。对比两组结核病患者健康教育合格率、护理调查满意度等方面指标情况。结果实验组在采取临床护理路径后，健康教育合格率为97.5%，参照组患者健康教育合格率为70%；且实验组患者对护理满意度为97.5%，参照组对患者满意度为70%；差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结核病患者在常规药物治疗的同时，实施临床护理路径能够提高患者的健康教育程度并提升护理满意度，应该予以推广。%Objective To summarize the health education qualified rate and satisfactory degree after the patients with tuber-culosis implement the clinical nursing approach, thus proving reference basis for carrying out the tuberculosis treatment work. Methods 80 cases of patients with tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time, the control group adopted conventional drug treatment and clinical nursing, the experimental group adopted conventional drug treatment and clinical nursing approach, and the indexes including the qualified rate of health education and nursing survey satisfactory degree were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The health education qualified rate was 97.5% in the experimental group and 70% in the control group after adopting the clinical nursing approach, and the satisfactory degree to nursing was 97.5% in the experi-mental group and 70%in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The con-ventional drug treatment and clinical nursing approach can improve the health education degree and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients with tuberculosis, which should be promoted.
