护理风险管理在内科护理中的应用及效果评价

     

摘要

目的:探析护理风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院内科2014年1月—2015年9月期间施行护理风险管理的120例患者为观察组,另选该内科2012年1月—2013年9月期间未施行护理风险管理的120例患者为对照组,对两组的护理服务质量、护患纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率及护理满意度予以观察对比。结果观察组的基础护理、护理安全、危重患者护理、护理文书、理论知识、患者满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护患纠纷发生率为1.7%,风险事件发生率为1.7%,护理满意度为95.0%,与对照组的14.2%、13.3%、82.5%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理中施行护理风险管理,可以显著增强护理质量,降低护患纠纷发生率及风险事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度,是一种值得临床选用与推广的护理管理模式。%Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the medical nursing. Methods 120 cases of patients with nursing risk management in the internal medicine department from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the observation group, 120 cases of patients without nursing risk management in the in-ternal medicine department from January 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the control group, and the nursing ser-vice quality, incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes, incidence rate of risk events and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The basic nursing, nursing safety, nursing of critical patients, nursing doc-umentation, theoretical knowledge and satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the differences in the incidence rate of nursing-patient disputes, incidence rate of risk events and nursing satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group were obvious (1.7%, 1.7%, 95.0% vs 14.2%, 13.3%, 82.5%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in medical nursing can obviously enhance nursing quality, reduce the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and risk events and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, which is a nursing management model worth clinical choice and promotion.
