目的：分析传染病疫情防控管理中社区医院的现状，并探讨社区医院在传染病疫情防控管理中的对策。方法于2013年1月—2015年12月，对邯郸市共20所社区医院的传染病疫情防控工作展开调查，对社区医院的传染病疫情防控管理中存在的问题进行分析，并对其解决对策进行探讨。结果这20所社区医院的人员配备普遍不足，工作人员对传染病疫情的防控知识知晓率普遍较低，规定的传染病检测项目开展情况不容乐观。结论社区医院的传染病疫情防控管理中仍存在不足之处，还应针对存在的问题施行相应的对策，以更好地控制传染病疫情。%Objective To analyze the status of community hospital in the management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases and study its countermeasures. Methods The work of epidemic situation of infectious diseases of 20 community hospitals in our city was surveyed, and the existing problems of community hospital in the management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases were analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures were studied. Results In the 20 community hospitals, the staffing was generally inadequate, the awareness rate of staff to the prevention and control knowledge of epidemic situa-tion of infectious diseases was generally lower and the developing conditions of the specified detection items of infectious diseases was not optimistic. Conclusion There are still disadvantages in the prevention and control and management of epi-demic situation of infectious diseases in community hospital, and we should implement corresponding countermeasures ac-cording to the existing problems in order to better control the epidemic situation of infectious diseases.
