临床路径带教在心脏介入术护理带教中的应用

         

摘要

目的:对心脏介入护理临床带教临床路径实践的情况进行全面的了解。方法将全部护生根据其入科的确切时间划成两组,即观察组和对照组,每组均为35人,对于观察组的护生,实行临床路径带教这一模式,而对照组的护生,实行传统的临床带教模式。结果观察组的技能成绩为(92.31±4.37)分、理论成绩为(93.36±4.63)分,均明显高于对照组,两组护生的技能成绩与理论成绩对比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组对教学内容、带教老师与教学方法的满意度分别是94.29%、85.71%、91.43%,均明显高于对照组,两组护生的教学内容、带教老师与教学方法对比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在心脏介入护理教学的临床路径教学法之中,经由科学的筛选教学内容、合理进行教学规划、逐步深入的教学,极大地增强了临床带教的效果,提升了教学的科学性与规范性,实习生对此反映良好,满意度高,使得心脏介入护理临床教学质量得到明显改善。%Objective To the heart intervention in clinical nursing teaching practice of clinical path of a comprehensive understanding. Methods All the nursing students according to the exact time into the into the science of two groups, the observation group and control group, each group had 35 people, for the observation group of nursing students, implement temporary bed pathway in teaching the mode, while the control group of nursing students, the implementation of the tradi_tional clinical teaching pattern. Results In the observation group, the scores of the skills for (92.31±4.37), theoretical results for (93.36±4.63)) were significantly higher than those in the control group, two groups of nursing students skill scores and theoretical comparison of scores, there is a significant difference (P< 0.05), with statistical significance; observation group in the teaching content, the teaching satisfaction of teachers and teaching methods were 94.29% and 85.71%, 91.43%) were significantly higher than those in control group, two groups of nursing students of the teaching content, teachers and teach_ing methods are compared, there is significant difference (P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion In cardiac in_tervention nursing teaching the teaching method of clinical pathway, through the selection of teaching contents scientifically, reasonable teaching plan, the gradual deepening of teaching, greatly enhances the effect of clinical teaching, improve the scientific and standardization of teaching and intern reacted well, high satisfaction the heart interventional nursing clinical teaching quality has been significantly improved.
