齐齐哈尔医学院大学生意外伤害现况研究

摘要

目的：分析医学类高校齐齐哈尔医学院大学生的意外伤害发生情况,并通过统计学方法分析其流行病学特征。方法利用分层随机抽样方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院大学一年级至大学四年级各学院在校学生277人,采用自编的齐齐哈尔医学院大学生意外伤害现况调查问卷进行调查。结果2014年-2015年期间,齐齐哈尔医学院男性发生伤害率为37.1%,女性发生伤害率为35.4%。不同学院之间发生伤害率存在差异,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.363,P=0.078)。不同年级之间发生伤害率存在差异,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.363,P=0.002)。意外伤害中意外跌倒的发生率最高,其中男性为22.4%；女性为19.3%。大学生在对意外伤害了解的程度上,7.2%非常了解；67.9%基本了解；24.9%不了解。结论齐齐哈尔医学院在校大学生意外伤害的发生率较高,学校相关部门应结合学校实际情况宣传教育意外伤害的有关知识,预防意外伤害的发生,提高在校大学生自我保护意识。%Objective Analyse the status of Qiqihar Medical University students' accidental injury, and analyze the epidemi-ological features through statistical method. Methods Using the method of stratified sampling to select University freshman to university four of Qiqihar Medical University, a total of 227 students in school.They used a self compiled questionnaire to survey of the current situation of College Students' accident injury in Qiqihar Medical School. Results From 2014 to 2015, the incidence of male injury was 37.1%in Qiqihar Medical University, and the rate of female injury was 35.4%.There were differences in the incidence of injury among different colleges and the difference was statistically significant. There were statistical significant differences in injury rates among different grades.The incidence of falling accident is the highest in accidental injury,22.4%of it were male and 19.3%of it were female.As the extent of accident harm that college students knowing about,7.2% of them Know very well,67.9% of them understand it basically and 24.9% of them know nothing. Conclusion The incidence of accidental injury of the students in the Qiqihar Medical University is higher.So school authorities should be in combination with the prac-tical situation of school publicity and education on the knowledge of accidental injury to prevention of accidental injury and improve the self protection awareness of Col-lege Students.
