In industrial production, the noise is one of the most dangerous factors, especially for long exposure to noise en-vironment to work, how to understand their hearing loss situation, and take feasible protection measures, as far as possible to reduce the occurrence of inductrial injury accident and occupational noise deafness. To this, this article will, according to a health survey experiment for noise workers to a detailed analysis of the harm of noise pollution, and on this basis to ex-plore how to take effective measures to protect the hearing system as far as possible from damage.%在工业生产当中，噪声是最具危害性的因素，尤其是针对长期暴露在噪声环境中工作的人员，如何了解他们的听力损失情况，并采取切实可行的保护措施，尽可能地降低工伤事故和职业噪声聋的发生。对此，该文将根据对于噪声作业人员的健康调查实验，对噪声污染的危害进行详细分析，并在此基础上探究如何采取有效措施保护听力系统尽量免受损伤。
