探讨重症监护室院内感染的原因及护理措施

摘要

Objective To analysis the intensive care unit (ICU) of the main causes of nosocomial infection and effective nursing countermeasure. Selection Methods January 2013-during the October 2015, our hospital ICU patients receiving of 300 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases, this paper analyzes the causes of nosocomial infection in patients with all of the control group using conventional care, observation group implement targeted nursing model, to observe the incidence of nosocomial infections after two groups of patient care and nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, the observation group, the incidence of nosocomial infection and manage according to group is obvi-ously better than the satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion In the intensive care room, causes of nosocomial infection is more complex, must be for all kinds of infection may cause nosocomial infection, adopt scientific and effective countermeasures, in order to reduce with the incidence of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit.%目的：分析重症监护室（ICU）发生院内感染的主要原因与有效的护理对策。方法选取2013年1月-2015年10月期间，该院ICU接收的患者300例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各150例，对所有患者院内感染发生的原因进行分析，对照组采用常规方式护理，观察组则实施针对性护理模式，观察两组患者护理后院内感染的发生情况与护理满意程度。结果护理后，观察组：内感染的发生率和与理满意度明显优于照组（P<0.05）。结论在重症监护室内，引起院内感染的因素比较复杂，必须针对各类可能会引起院内感染的感染，采用科学、有效的处理对策，以降低重症监护室同院内感染的发生率。
