食品药品检验中常见差错及其防控策略探析

         

摘要

目的:研讨食品药品检验中常见差错及其防控策略探析。方法回顾性的分析了食品药品检验过程中常见的差错以及其防控策略,从三方面进行了分析,分别是检验之前的抽样检测、样品的受理以及审核资料;检验过程中的准备工作、技术方法以及责任心问题;检验之后的报告说明、审核审批等。针对相应问题做出防控策略。结果在检测中常见差错中包括抽样检测中的常见差错、样品受理与审核的差错、检验准备差错、技术方法差错、检验报告书的差错以及审核审批的差错等。结论通过三个方面的分析,总结出食品药品检验中常见差错及其防控策略。%Objective To discuss the common errors in food and drug inspection and the prevention and control strategies. Methods Aretrospective analysis of the errors in common in the process of food and drug inspection and its prevention and control strategy, from three aspects are analyzed, respectively before the inspection, sampling, sample acceptance and audit data; inspection in the process of preparation, technology and responsibility heart; after the inspection report shows examination and verification. To make prevention and control strategies for the corresponding problems. Results In the detection of common errors including sampling to detect common error, sample acceptance and verification error, test preparation error, method error, inspection report errors and examination and approval of error etc. Conclusion Through three aspects of the analysis, summed up the food and drug inspection of common errors and prevention and control strategy.
