6S促进病区药品安全管理的持续改进

摘要

Objective:spec-specialist wards alternate drug safety management measures,implementing the management of nursing work flow guar-antees safety in nursing administration.Method:according to the rules for accreditation of hospital ward alternate drug safety risk analysis summary,de-veloped Ward and drug safety management practices,attention to drug safety management processes,system of succession of approved drugs,and strictly auditory processes of various types of drug use and management.Results:Otology Ward alternate drug partitioning,classification,identification, specification management,safety management and quality has improved significantly.Conclusion:Ward alternate drug specification management,pro-motion of clinical drug safety management,reduce the risk of nursing.%目的：：规范专科病区备用药品安全管理措施，落实护理工作流程，保障护理安全给药。方法：根据等级医院评审细则对病区备用药品安全风险进行分析汇总，制定病区药品安全管理规范，重视药品安全管理过程，制定药品交接班制度，严格耳科各类药品的使用及管理流程。结果：耳科病区各类备用药品分区、分类、分标识规范管理，安全管理意识和质量明显提高。结论：病区备用药品的规范管理，促进临床用药的安全管理，降低护理风险。
