目的:探究在上呼吸道感染诊断的过程中,使用降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测的临床价值.方法:针对40例上呼吸道感染患者纳入观察组,针对40例健康体检者纳入对照组,另选取40例非感染患者纳入非感染组,对其均进行降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的检测,并在组间进行对比;入选者均为我院2017年1月到2017年2月间收治.结果:观察各组血清PCT和hs-CRP水平发现,观察组患者相比较对照组和非感染组而言,数值均出现明显升高,P<0.05其组间差异明显,同时非感染组的相关指标略高于对照组,但P>0.05故差异不可比.结论:降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测用于早期诊断上呼吸道感染临床价值分析发现,其能够从一定程度上反应出患者的病变情况,利于临床早期对患者进行诊断,因此值得临床借鉴.%Objective: To explore the clinical value of combined detection of procalcitonin and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods: in 40 cases of upper respiratory tract infection were included in the observation group, 40 cases of healthy subjects were included as the control group, the other 40 cases selected non infected patients into non infection group, which were of procalcitonin, high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) detection.Results: values were significantly increased, the differences between the groups of P<0.05, related indicators also non infection group is slightly higher than that of control group, but the difference is not more than P>0.05.Conclusion: it can reflect the pathological changes of patients to a certain extent, so it is worthy of clinical reference.
