Provided is a reagent for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer based on the combined detection of the methylation levels of SDC2 and SFRP2 genes. Using feces as a test sample, SDC2 and SFRP2 genes are used in combination as biomarkers to detect the methylation levels of SDC2 and SFRP2 genes. The results show that the methylation levels of SDC2 and SFRP2 genes detected in feces remain highly correlated with the onset of colorectal cancer, and the detection sensitivity of colorectal cancer is 94.74%, and the specificity is 96.67%. The detection method is accurate, fast and simple, and can achieve non-invasive screening and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
