弧型挡浪墙现浇改预制与后浇带相结合的施工工艺

         

摘要

The block wave wall of Dongying Port Economic Develop Area bulwark engineering is designed as in-situ con-crete. With the restriction of dike width,pavement and other the processes intersect job,cast-in-place process can’t guaran-tee the construction period, besides construction concrete in winter season can cause the quality problems of concrete. Change the cast-in-place into part of the cross-sectional prefabricated blocks,the construction technology of pouring through two gear wave wall sections and design of segment long construction,a mass of concrete constructions are concentrated in the precast yard,reduces embankments time, and improves efficiency,provides ample work surface for the construction of other processes. Adopting technology of flipping alignment in shipping,which greatly reduces the common quality problems of the concrete wave wall surface cover,ensures the concrete quality of appearance.%  东营港经济开发区防潮堤工程设计为现浇混凝土挡浪墙。现浇施工受堤顶宽度限制,与护面块体安装、路面及其他工序施工相互干扰,无法保证工期,且冬季施工可能造成混凝土质量问题。将现浇施工更改为主要断面块体预制,通过两次后浇实现挡浪墙全断面及设计段长。将大量的混凝土施工集中在预制场进行,减少堤上作业时间,提高生产效率,为其他工序的施工提供充足的工作面。采用弧面向下翻转预制的施工工艺,减少了挡浪墙弧面气泡等质量通病,确保了混凝土观感质量。
