港珠澳大桥东人工岛隧道现浇暗埋段结构防裂技术

         

摘要

The cast-in-situ buried section in the east island of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a mass concrete structure, and its design service life is 120 years. To avoid the appearance of harmful cracks, we took the following measures, such as setting the construction joints reasonably, shortening the time between two castings, arranging the cooling water circulating time reasonably to reduce the temperature difference between inside and outside according to the real- time temperature data, and the maintaining regularly, to ensure the mass concrete structures in whole monitoring and controllable state from the beginning of casting until the end of maintenance.%港珠澳大桥东人工岛现浇暗埋段为大体积混凝土结构,设计使用年限120 a。介绍了施工过程中采取的合理设置施工缝、缩短两次浇筑时间间隔、根据实时温控数据合理安排冷却循环水时间以缩小混凝土内外温差,以及合理养护等一系列防裂措施,使大体积混凝土结构从浇筑开始至养护结束处于全程监控且可控状态,从而有效避免了有害裂缝的发生。
