下穿铁路顶进与现浇相结合斜交框架桥设计特点

         

摘要

本框架桥位于圆曲线上且斜交角度大,桥址处布设管线密集且类型复杂,施工期间要求既不中断既有道路交通又要确保老桥拆除和新桥顶进期间的铁路运输安全,为此在常规顶进施工经验的基础上结合本工程的特点对顶进方案进行了改进与创新,采用边孔顶进与中孔现浇相结合的施工工艺降低施工安全风险,通过增设抗横移桩等措施增强了架空便梁的横向稳定性,并采取措施实现施工期间及正常运营期间的电气化柱的安全过渡.实践证明,该施工工艺操作简单,适用性强.%The frame bridge is locating on the circular curve and has large skew angle,the pipeline layout is intensive and complex on the bridge site,to ensure the existing road traffic flow and the railway transportation safety during the old bridge demolition and new bridge jacking period,we carried out the improvement and innovation of the jacking scheme based on the experience of the conventional jacking construction using the technology of combining the side span jacking and mid-span cast-in-place in order to reduce the risk of construction safety,using adding the anti-sliding pile measures to enhance the lateral stability of beam overhead,and taking measures to make the safety transition of the electric column during the construction period and the normal operation period.The practice proves that the operation is simple and applicable.
